    Hi Anat,
    Indeed, in the last 3 years there has been a resurgence in Detroit.
    At 2013 the city received assistance from the federal government of several billion dollars for the reconstruction of the city which gave a strong boost of encouragement to Calcutta there.
    Following the rescue program, many companies returned to work in the city, bringing many employees.
    The rental market is very strong and there is very high demand relative to other cities.
    The flips issue is a bit more complex, it's just a good market that has to know where to buy. There are many developing neighborhoods but there are also pockets within the neighborhoods of less good streets.
    The market analysis is right by the streets. But it is certainly possible, and you can make nice deals.

    Hi Anat Ben-Noach, Detroit is indeed a market in great revival for the past three years… Flip deals, are hot deals right now in the area.
