How much time does investment take from you?

Is there a preoccupation with tenants / management company / regulations?

Are there any significant payments beyond regular maintenance?

It's clear to me that investing is the right thing despite the obvious drawbacks, but I want to try to relieve the fog about this move as much as possible.

If there are other little things that are defeating you and I have not addressed them, I would be happy if you specify what they are.
