Do you put your money where your mouth is?
# Entrepreneur of the Week # Post 6
When someone advises me what to do with my money it always intrigues me how he invests his money, what his line of thought is, what plan he has. It does not come from a prying place but from a place of evaluating the quality of advice.
So let's talk for a moment as an investor for investors and not as a real estate agent for investors. The real estate market I invest in is in Vegas so Haida here's what I do with my money and if it helps someone here then we have won.
* I do not buy apartments or Town Hussas - their yield is less than detached houses, the House Committee (HOA) is always excessive and does not provide real value for the fee, there is a situation of unnecessary headache if there is a leak or some interest in the apartment above or below then suddenly have to deal With your tenants and in addition other factors.
* I do not believe in the state pension - with all the "haircuts" that tycoons get on the right and left I realized that if I wait for the state to take care of me in old age my situation will be very bad so I started investing in my "pension" from 30, my husband and I rip ass and work hard It is difficult and instead of buying brands buy assets and invest in stocks.
This idea came to my mind thanks to Robert Kawasaki and the book "Rich Dad - Poor Dad"
When we got to the US I saw a lot of company working in carts with stunning cars, brands galore and living in a workers apartment… We talked a lot about what to do with the money and everyone came up with their own logic about what to do with the money. From all the conversations I have a clear understanding that it is - it does not matter how many people think you are rich - what is interesting at the end of the day is how rich you will be! Then there will be those who will first buy the Maserati and live in rent and in contrast there will be those who will drive a simple draft and leverage their money to make more money.
* I do not understand much about stocks but every day I listen and read about the market. When I have questions I ask and ask and ask guys who invest and then invest too. So do not be afraid to enter a field that you do not understand… Remember that once we also could not read and today we read and write. So that same logic will guide you in everything new you come to do.
* Treat your first property the way you treat your tenth property - always work with an attached CPA and attorney to explain to you how to separate the assets and how to protect yourself and the assets.
Series LLC, separate bank accounts, appropriate insurance etc.
* Share your knowledge with the people around you so that they too can progress and succeed but never be in an arrogant attitude that you know everything. Talk but listen twice - because I really learned from all my teachers.
* Money should be like water - when you pay for something do not be fooled by it - say thank you that there is a person whose skills help you grow and remember that as long as your doing is from a good place abundant money will flow to you.
* Everyone is equal - never let richer people than you give you the feeling that it is really complicated and impossible. I love that people tell me that something is impossible because then I work even harder and make it possible.
* Contribute to the goal you believe in - the combination of self-promotion and at the same time giving after is a magical and stunning circle in my eyes. Whether it's money or time (when in my opinion time is more valuable than money) giving of yourself for the sake of the other especially in the world in which we live today is infinitely critical.
* Do not let others slow you down because they do not share the same outlook on life that you have. All the great people in the world dared and did something not because of others but even though others told them it was crazy and impossible. Then you will know that it is not advisable to share your dreams with everyone, only with the people who really know what a huge gift you have to give to the world.
Thanks to Avi Ben Mordechay for this opportunity to share my thoughts with you I wrote this post in the most spontaneous way possible in the hope of giving you as much real value as possible from the soul.
So again thank you all
And most of all I want to say a big thank you to my rare friends in the land of Dwarf, Bobby and Citrus who inspire and support me every step (crazy as it may be) that I do ❤️
Wishing everyone an abundance of success, happiness, health and all the best in the world ??.
