I don't know about you, but it was amazing for me to be a guest this week and share some of my/our experiences as a management company and how we perceive our role as a company, including what a management company is and what you should look for when choosing one. Hope you took something small?
The world is moving forward at a fast pace - and we, as investors or service providers, need to move along with it too. The past is amazing, but the future is just as important. Don't be left behind - embrace the change - it is happening and will continue to happen - take advantage of it.

The property management industry in the United States is based on small, family and low-tech companies. The field is light years away from technological solutions, so it is often inefficient and conducted in a lack of transparency. This, while the rental market in the United States generates 1.6 trillion dollars.
There are many, many small management companies but no major central player.
In the absence of technology (not only in real estate) it is impossible to maintain efficiency and grow.
Currently, the ability to provide investors with transparent management without hidden fees and unknown costs with an expected ROI, as well as continue to receive the rent in the event of a non-paying tenant or when the property is vacant, access reports and generally see what is happening with the property 7/24 is almost non-existent.

Robot vacuum cleaners, self-driving cars, and in general all electrical products are becoming smarter. And what about the smartphones that have opened up a whole world for us and give us a multitude of options. So why not real estate investments? ?
