Pigeon fat post introduction

Very nice friends, I'm Yona Shuman, 26 years old, Heitkist (former 😊), from Ibn Yehuda.
By my nature I am not a person who enjoys the spotlight but when my father approached me to participate as an entrepreneur this week, friends from high-tech who know my path encouraged me to share it because the feeling that led me to start my real estate business is shared by many in high-tech.
Many share the feeling of a golden cage in the workplace. We earn relatively well, we get good conditions, but the work does not excite us, there is no sense of mission at work and we report to work mainly to save money. In my environment, many also talked about being addicted to the high salary and that it will not guarantee me a rosy future at an older age, because it is doubtful how much demand there is for high-tech workers after the age of 40-50. As a young man who had not yet come to terms with this routine of life, I dreamed differently.
At my workplace I met you Moshe Weizmann who became a close friend and instilled in me the spirit of personal development and the ambition to do real estate. Together several years ago we took loans from the training fund and from everywhere possible and purchased our first property through an investor lender in Cleveland Ohio.
Since then we have started a long road together towards making dreams come true. We learned a lot, tried, made mistakes and succeeded. We knew we wanted a different future for ourselves, but we didn't know how to get there. We started walking and knew we wouldn't stop until we reached our destination, even if the path wasn't clear.
Not long after that while trying to keep moving, we located a property to flip but we didn't have enough capital to complete the transaction, Moshe interested Ari whom he met in the US real estate course to cooperate with us. Ari Rubinstein At that time he was engaged in real estate as his main occupation and, among other things, he had a small real estate activity in Cleveland. We collaborated on the same flip and discovered good chemistry and that we complement each other.
From that successful one-point cooperation we decided to join forces, founded a company together, merged everyone's real estate assets in Kliband under the same company, prepared a business plan for the real estate company we dreamed of: a company that owns a portfolio of self-managed rental properties that is growing, a company that deals In flips and has the ability to carry out renovations without a main contractor for flips and rentals, a company that creates the best deals and holds win-win partnerships with others and a company that teaches others from A-Z how to become entrepreneurs themselves and gives back to the community.
From that point on things got loose. The company developed at a faster rate than expected, owns a portfolio of rentals, performs successful flips, acquires many deals with others in the win win method and helps others become entrepreneurs. Now I work in our real estate company full time together with my partners, I enjoy the work and the fact that I don't have a boss over my head and our dreams just keep developing and the business plans are frequently updated.
It is really important to me to encourage everyone to embark on the path of doing real estate, it is difficult and scary at first and I was also skeptical and took risks (and loans!), but it is possible and those who persevere will succeed, from experience!
Here at Chosenland Investors, I am mainly responsible for managing the self-management operation in the US, contact with the authorities and with service providers and all matters of use and the implementation of the most innovative technology in the company's activities, so this week I will also write about these issues.
Of course I will be happy along the way to try to help whoever wants to and you are really welcome to be in touch 😊

Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…
