# Post 4

I already shared about the difference between Shahar and me, right? So here is another example from the field.
My tendency was to develop into new areas. Indeed we entered Florida (purchased and renovated) at the same time we flew to examine and get to know Texas and even started establishing a local team.
Shahar leaned slightly in another direction (how surprising!! Not for those who read post number 2). He aimed to expand geographically in the future, but first aimed for growth within Pennsylvania.

Both options represented growth and we did not feel that it reduced or slowed down our activity. They were just different. So even though we fell in love with Texas, we decided not to go there at that point and at the same time we said goodbye to Florida amicably.

So what's the title related to?
Here I come to it, I mean the number of our local partnerships.

Shahar, who has "only" 5000 close friends and believes in the power of togetherness, instilled in me the important understanding that the more we connect (not just surround ourselves) with good people, the growth will accelerate (our assumption is that if we connected with the right people for us and we trust them, it allows us to release A little of our management in each partnership and grow horizontally at the same time).

Shahar was a little based on my belief about the partnership with him, see post
#1, only he took it a step further (:

As of today we have 4 active partnerships (such as 50%-50%) with people we chose and they chose us. Good people with whom we could go on family vacations and have fun, and equally enjoy working with them and growing together. The benefit is completely mutual.

Our fresh partnership from the last year resulted (just last month) in moving 2 of our partners (from Israel) with their families to Pittsburgh. Is there anything more exciting than that?? (It's at least in my top ten thrills).
So surround yourself with good and successful people (as every realtor knows) and don't be afraid to take it a step further and build a professional partnership with them, it promotes everyone (provided, of course, that it's the right partnership).

## A short but important note about expansion. There are so many types of real estate (land, commercial, flips, rentals, construction, etc.), so many attractive places and interesting professionals, that for me at least, there were times (and still are) when it overwhelms and takes over for a moment.
At this moment the feeling of "I want to conquer the world and touch everything" arises.
The temptation is so great that it is important to stop for a moment, remember what your near-term and long-term goals are and how best to get there. We wouldn't want the title of the post to be multiple catch you didn't catch.
Confused about how to choose a suitable partner? Comment and I promise to answer (I'm sure you'll also get useful advice from others here).

Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's going on an expensive group? So this week I'm getting into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So in a few words about me and us, I am a co-owner of SafetyTint, having been operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…

The sticks:

#Entrepreneur of the week Adam Ashkenazi #post4 In the previous post, I told about a building I purchased with 4 units, about the tenants there who did not pay rent, about two management companies I fired,...
