A new housing study shows that most Floridians are better off building than buying a home

Is it really cheaper to build a house or buy one these days?

Well, it depends where you look.

A recent study from StorageCafe, a national self-storage search website, showed that for Florida residents, building a home may well be the most cost-effective path to ownership, while buying requires a lot more investment.
