Hello friends, I'm happy to be with you here this week. And I wanted to introduce myself first.
I am Amiram Gottfried, a 64-year-old grandfather to 8 grandchildren from my 4 children, I am the owner and founder of "Real Estate in Wisdom" - consulting and accompaniment in smart real estate investments.
I came to the real estate world in 1987 so I was a franchisee and decided to focus on door sales to contractors and institutions in addition to the private market. And so I got to know the real estate world from the place of performance and sales.
In the early 2000s I started working as a franchisee in the Anglo-Saxon network (I owned several franchises) and very quickly joined the network training committee and the network's franchise council. And here I started activities with real estate investors, mainly in investments in Israel.
And about six years ago I decided to focus on working only with investors and especially investing in Europe for many years I learned to know and understand the needs of investors and find for them the right investments suitable for each investor and his character as an investor.
In the coming week, I will tell you about alternative investments in real estate, how to examine real estate investment and more. I hope I can be interested and maybe even innovate for you.
