Hello everyone and nice to meet you
I'm Diana, 32 years old, happily married to Robert and mother to two and a half year old Liam.
Robert and I started our real estate journey 3 and a half years ago as a couple of hiatists, and since then life has taken completely different directions than we described.
I am excited to have the opportunity to share with you in the coming week the path we took and the things we learned and I want to thank - Avi Ben Mordechai and- Lior Lustig On the invitation to take part in the entrepreneur this week
It all started about 4 years ago,
I just changed my job to a better high-tech company than the previous one, with excellent conditions, shares, an interesting environment and 24 flavors of breakfast cereals as befits a high-tech company that invests in its employees, overall I am satisfied with this new beginning. At exactly the same time, my dear brother finished reading the book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' and recommended me to read it. I would read the book on the train ride to and from work, and suddenly I started to feel less and less satisfied with my routine-
On the one hand, high-tech and excellent conditions and income as a tenant,
On the other hand, this golden cage is a cage, and it is also very enslaving
The book definitely influenced my consciousness, I realized that I wanted to Sell less than my time for a salary And I started to be more open to new things such as investments in companies before their issuance, real estate investments and above all investing in the most important asset in our lives which is us, by accumulating knowledge, tools and constant enrichment.
I told Robert about ideas that formed in me following the book, as much as it was about leaving the familiar and well-known area, I received from him a boost of motivation to start researching, implementing and promoting. As important as it is that we have a promoting environment, it is not for nothing that he is also my partner in the real estate business
Very quickly we were exposed to Robert Shemin's real estate conference, we started joining real estate groups on Facebook (like this great group) and getting to know people who are involved in the field, because before that we didn't know anyone around us who was involved in real estate in the US. After independent learning and investigation, we realized that we wanted to study the field in depth and decided to enroll in Project X to learn how to become real estate entrepreneurs. Since then we have been in love with this activity and the development and growth it brought with it.
As a high-tech woman, I thought that I would probably start thinking about a second career outside of high-tech around the age of 40-45 because I would probably be less relevant to the market or the attrition would be too high. Fortunately, my second career started much earlier than expected.
I worked for 7 years in high-tech and exactly a year ago I decided it was time for me to get out of the rat race, I decided to deal only in real estate and also to take this occupation a few levels further. I am very happy about this career change I made and I am especially happy that real estate allows me much more Appeals to things that are really important to me.
Today we are real estate entrepreneurs in the USA, focusing on rentals, purchasing properties both for us and accompanying investors in purchasing properties at attractive prices and maximizing their profitability to receive additional monthly income beyond the salary.
In these years we are focusing on Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and are currently exploring options for expanding to other areas.
We have a local work team that works with us from the field and they are our feet on the ground, quality and professional professionals that we have carefully selected during the making.
Beyond my love for doing real estate, one of my greatest passions is to positively influence my environment and encourage growth, development and fulfillment. I believe that every change and growth in life begins first of all with the strengthening of the mindset, and then combined with determination, patience and perseverance it is possible to realize every dream and every vision.
So this week I would like to talk about mindset, development and growth and give useful information and tips in the field of real estate.
Let's take off
