מאד אשמח אם תופעת ה"תשואה מובטחת" מנדל"ן בארה"ב תעלם כליל –
אין שום תחום עסקי עם הבטחת הכנסה ובטח שלא נדל"ן –
וגם בנכסי SECTION 8 חלק מהשכירות מגיע מהשוכר שלא תמיד משלם,
מה גם שעניין התחזוקה זה עניין שיש לקחת בחשבון –
ועדין יש חברות שמציעות נכסים כאלה לישראלים שנופלים בפח,
וישנן חברות כאלה שכבר עומדות תחת כתב אישום על הונאה !
אחת מהשיטות להבטיח "תשואה מובטחת"
היא הונאת הפירמידה = הונאת פונזי,
שבגינה קיבל רוברט מיידוף 150 שנה בבית הסוהר –
