  1. המחיר סביר למערכת קירור בלבד של R410 ולוודא שזה הדגם. בהנחה שיש לך חימום מרכזי תקין (furnace) אין צורך ביותר מזה. אם החימום לא עובד משהו כדאי לשים כבר heat pump r410 ויש לך גם חימום וגם קירור. מחיר לכזאת מערכת תלוי בגודל החלל ולפי BTU. מחיר סביר לheat pump לבית סביב 1000-1500 sqft צריך להיות סביב 5k עם אורך חיים של 15 שנה בערך. בהצלחה!

  2. עד כמה שאני יודעת:
    1) מערכת HVAC חדשה עולה בין 5000-7000$.
    2) הגז R22 FREON הוא טכנולוגיה ישנה, ועדיף לעבור ל- R410.
    3) השאלה לכמה התיקון יחזיק זמן ובת כמה המערכת הקיימת.
    לדעתי בהפרש של 1500-2000$ להתקין מערכת חדשה עדיף – כמובן, שתלוי מה ההכנסות מהנכס ומה מצב תזרים המזומנים
