This is a 36-month deal, purchase of land and building permit construction sale
I wanted to hear a little more details from you:
1.What interest do you usually get on these kinds of transactions? (I haven’t asked them for a full business plan yet).
2.To what end are these transactions considered safe?
3.What details can I check independently before entering into such a transaction?

אני לא מכיר את החברה ספיציפית ואין לי מושג באיזו השקעה מדובר אבל אני תמיד מעדיף לא להיכנס לעסקאות של אחוזים אלא לעסקה שאתה הבעלים של הנכס לבד או מקסימום עוד אחד או שניים.
אתה בעל השליטה, אתה מחליט.

מה הכוונה ריבית? אתה נותן הלוואה או קונה אקטוויטי?
אמנם בסוף החלטתי לא להכנס מולם להשקעה אך לפני שנה בערך בדקתי עליהם, הם בהחלט נראו אמינים עם קבלות.
אפשר לדעת פרטים במה מדובר?
